Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
